Mottafied Adventures began as a passion project. My husband and I needed custom canvas work for our J/42, and with a love for learning and creating, I decided to dive into it myself. I invested in my first heavy-duty sewing machine, and soon, friends and local sailors started reaching out for custom pieces. What started as a small endeavor quickly grew into a business that I’m proud to call Mottafied Adventures.
With a year of hands-on, self-taught experience, I’m continually absorbing new techniques and skills to deliver quality work. Sailing was foreign to me until my husband introduced me to this world in 2017, and now I take great pride in enhancing others’ adventures through functional, stylish canvas work.
At Mottafied Adventures, my goal is for each product to be something my customers are just as proud to show off as I am to create. I’m committed to keeping my focus on marine canvas work as I continue learning, but as my skills grow, I look forward to exploring new possibilities and expanding my capabilities.
